Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Secluded and spacious 18ft luxury Shepherd's Hut

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful cabin-sized Shepherd's hut, set beneath the large open skies of Romney Marsh in the delightfully rural village of Newchurch. This private off-grid paradise is an ideal place to rest and recharge to the backdrop of the sounds of nature. You will find everything you need for a cosy night in, with a comfy king sized bed, a bathroom (loo & shower), a kitchenette to cook a romantic meal, a wood burning stove plus an outdoor fire pit for stargazing.

The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

The Maples

Modern accommodation with large double bedroom en suite. Walk in shower. Sky TV. Shared utility room with washing machine dryer. Galley kitchen and fridge containing breakfast goodies. Large airy lounge/diner with double pull out sofa bed. Sky tv, Wii games console and internet (Sky Superfast). Shared large patio and exclusive smaller patio with table chairs. Large garden with swings for toddlers and younger children. Footballs etc. available. Gate leading to canal with beautiful walks.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Our lovely caravan sleeps six people: there is a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite, boasting a toilet and a sink. There is also a twin single bedroom and the sofa in the front room doubles as a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two people. The caravan has its own private decking, exclusively for users of the caravan with outdoor seating.
