Tiny Home On The Dome w/ Hot Tub

This one of a kind cabin, offers the most spectacular 270° views for both sunrise, sunset, and Aurora viewing! Sitting on top of the locally popular Ester Dome, this unique cabin overlooks all of Fairbanks and the surrounding areas. Just 11 miles to the airport, there is amazing hiking/biking trails nearby. With a surplus of windows, the breathtaking Alaskan tundra/mountains are highlighted. Inside this custom built cabin, there is a cozy living room and a fully functional kitchen/bathroom.

Magical Treehouse with Hot Tub

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

This cozy cabin sits on 80 acres of forest and field, about a 45 minute drive southeast of Fairbanks along the Richardson Highway, with a beautiful network of cross country ski trails and wonderful opportunities to view the northern lights from the front porch untainted by the lights from town. Harding Lake State Recreation area is just 12 miles south down the Richardson Highway. The Salcha Ski trails are a short distance away and start from the parking lot of the Salcha Elementary School
