Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

The property is surrounded by a walled garden and paddock area set on 3 acres. Gated on-site parking. This is our second home, not a holiday let.

Large dining table, two lounges and a kitchen with commercial cooking facilities makes it easy to cater for up to 20 guests. Two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has very good facilities for wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties.
