Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

A cheery 700 sq ft suburban daylight basement with street parking that’s optimized for 1-2 people offers a separate office with desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi.
