With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.

Lidl and Asda, petrol station, cash machine, post office, pharmacy and hospital are nearby.
