Welcome to my big and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stockholm's vibrant district, SoFo, filled with trendy shops and cozy cafes. The open and airy layout of the apartment invites you to unwind and relax after a day in the city, and you can whip up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, although you will never run out of options with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. 15 min to the Old Town by foot, 4 min walk to the subway station and superfast Wifi.

This charming 34 sqm studio is located between the Old Town and the vibrant district of Södermalm. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette. You’ll be just a minute away from restaurants, shops, and public transport. Situated in a building dating back to the 1650s, the apartment features high ceilings, beautiful stucco details, and, due to the historic construction, somewhat thin walls. It also includes a dining table with chairs and a modern bathroom with a shower.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Lägenheten ligger centralt men tyst, och bara ett stenkast från SoFos charmiga kvarter. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk. Njut av en god kaffe i lägenheten eller i parken bredvid, eller ta en öl på Skånegatan ett par kvarter bort.

It is a large, light, airy and very stylish 2 room apartment with all the rooms facing a wonderful park giving you a nice view to look at and great privacy. The apartment can easily and very comfortably host 2 guests. The area is one of the popular places in Stockholm with a great variaty of restaurants, bars, cafees and shops.

Welcome to our Boutiqe Airbnb! A comfortable space in the heart of Stockholm, with a sense of both being in a cosy home and in a hotel. The room in entered through a private entrance, has a queen size bed, own bathroom with shower and a small hallway. Just around the corner you find many places to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner since kitchen is not included. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
