Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Balkon, Wohnküche und Badezimmer auf gut 70qm. Vom Hauptschlafzimmer blicken Sie auf den See, am Balkon lässt sich gemütlich frühstücken und durch das separate WC hat Jeder genügend Raum. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Badewanne mit Duschwand, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Ihr Auto parkt im Carport. Reisen Sie mit Kindern, so haben wir im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa. Maximale Personenanzahl sind 4 Erwachsene und 2 weitere Kinder.

Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.

It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
