A 62 square meter flat located in Smart city complex. Its a new and stylish appartment, on ground floor in a peaceful and relaxing area. Enough space for car parking. Market, medical store and hospital are 5 min walking distance . All rooms are equipped with TV, WIFI. Flat has a shower with washing mashine in it. There is a wide dinning room with regregirator, small coffee machine and gaz. There is bedroom and hall as well. Sofa in hall is adjustable so one or 2 more people can nights there.
