The fully stocked kitchen allows for making the perfect meal with all the necessities or head out to the delicious restaurants on Del Mar Street in downtown San Clemente. Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. Take a walk to San Clemente State beach just across the street. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 2 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to catch some Southern California waves and sun! Please feel free to reach out for any questions, concerns or travel advice! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause very mild traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, for example Cleveland National Forest, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. Getting around: San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.
