Located in Playa del Ingles, a 15-minute walk from Playa del Ingles Beach and Dunes in Maspalomas. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden, pool, and sunset views. Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.
