Only 5 minutes to Universal Studios, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to entertainment district and and large shopping center on Ventura Blvd. Enjoy private gated front yard, large pool, outside playground, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace and game room with ping-pong table by the pool area. Starbucks and pizza is 3 min away. Our vacation home is very private and is located on a quiet cul-de sac street.

Home of NBC, the "Price is Right", Warner Brothers, etc. 3 bdrm home as little as 5 min from the airport, 10 min from Universal studios, 15 min from Hollywood, and 25 min from DTLA.
