Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Antico alloggio di Pescatori, fronte mare, convertito in villetta con patio, pergola e giardino a soli 30 metri dal bagnasciuga. Potrai godere dei nostri splendidi tramonti estivi da una location unica, cullato dal suono armonioso della risacca… Potrai passeggiare in bici per il lungomare fermandoti a gustare le nostre tipiche granite oppure crogiolarti al sole ammirando le acque cristalline che solo i fondali rocciosi offrono. Insomma se è relax e tranquillità ciò che cerchi, non esitare!

“I Mori Luxory Apartments” - Attico sul mare

CIR: 19083084C205968 Adagiato lungo la costa settentrionale della Sicilia un meraviglioso attico mansardato posto tra le isole Eolie ed il Parco dei Nebrodi. Un ampia vetrata con annesso terrazzo danno la suggestiva sensazione di essere proprio sul mare, il quale dista a soli 30 metri. Situato a soli 50 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Sant’Agata di Militello (Me), a 10 min da Capo d’Orlando a 30 min da Cefalù a un 1 ora circa da Taormina. Mare, tramonti e rilassanti passeggiate.

Casa sul mare a soli 4 km da Cefalù ed 1 km da S. Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!! L'alloggio dispone di AC e smartTV con abbonamento Netflix in ogni stanza.

Between Fornazzo and Sant´Alfio, in the Etna park area, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves, Casa Cavagrande was born. The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and is immersed in a vast land of 1.5 hectares. Free parking inside the property.

LACASADIEOLO è un incantevole trilocale, dotato di terrazzino panoramico arredato, dove potersi concedere ai piaceri della cucina e della lettura, immersi in una atmosfera resa unica dalla vista delle isole Eolie, dal litorale di San Gregorio, nella località di Scafa a Capo d'Orlando, in Sicilia. Le stanze restituiscono le tonalità del mare su cui si affacciano, insieme ai suoi profumi portati fin qui dal vento.

Casa Serafina is the house where my grandmother Serafina was born. It is a simple house where some objects recall the history of our family. San Fratello is a country outside the tourist routes, has very ancient origins, was founded in the 12th century and its traditions are the children of a long history and a mixture of peoples and cultures that have followed one another over the centuries.
