A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Private one room studio with bathroom (shower, no bathtub) and kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, and coffeemaker (coffee, tea, and water provided). No other type of cooking allowed. Designated parking with private entrance. No smoking allowed on property. Located 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Access to pond area with outdoor seating and gazebo, and a gas BBQ is near the studio. Lots of wildlife. 18 miles to Yosemite’s southern entrance and 5 miles to Bass Lake.

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away.
