Bauhr's Hostel Guest Ranch Cabin #2

Bauhr Ranch is a working horse facility in the Sierra foothills outside of historic Chinese Camp and 1 hour from Yosemite. There are two guest cabins for anyone - horse or non horse folks. They are Hostel style - guests need to bring their own bedding or sleeping bags and pads. They have water and limited power. There's a separate shared restroom & shower - outside kitchen/ seasonal fire pit. The cabins are a nice stop on the way to Yosemite or extended stays in which to enjoy the Gold Country.

Enjoy the farm sounds and relax under the stars in our cozy tent. Bring your sleeping bags and move in. The only reason to choose my place over another, is because of the animals. Baby goats will crawl into your lap, piglets will slosh in their wallow and the horses will beg for carrots, (available from host) We do our best to offer creature comforts but, hey it's outside. ;) Eggs available for all guests, hard cooked or raw.
