Our wine rack is your wine rack so please help yourself. Ironing board and iron as well as hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Full in unit laundry makes keeping garments clean and easy while traveling. Always look your best whether in town for business or pleasure! Traveling with children? No worries. You will find a Pack & Play as well as toddler mattress to facilitate sleeping with your little one. High chair and children's flatware, cups plus utensils are provided to make eating in as a family just like home. Books and toys should keep your little one smiling. Television with Fire TV provided. Guest access to Amazon Prime Video & HBO unrestricted. Feel free to log into any other streaming accounts you may prefer. Central air and heat will ensure you are comfortable during your stay in any season. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest house and patio area. I am available almost all of the time. We live on site and are happy to interact as much or as little as you desire. The guesthouse sits among the tree-lined streets of Hanchett Residence Park in the historic Rosegarden area. A car, scooter, or bike share is never far away, and restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, and yoga studios are walkable. This location is walking distance to Cal Train and city buses. The cottage has been fully remodeled. Relax in a brand new king bed and enjoy the all new full bath. Roku TV, AC/Heat and an electric fireplace to relax with. Fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. Private yard to enjoy and relax. Detached cottage, with private, well lit entry. A coded deadbolt lock allows safe entry into cottage. Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. Willow Glen is the South Bay’s hottest area within San Jose and the Silicon Valley. Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!

Our detached guesthouse is centrally located in DTSJ near Japantown, features a king-sized, ultra-comfortable bed and cold mini split A/C system in the bedroom that guarantees a restful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen for chefs and for those who need to work during their stay, an automatic ergonomic sit-stand desk. The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.

Lovely studio is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling and sky light, and the property is in a country setting. It is close to hiking trails, Redwood Canyon Golf Course, Lake Chabot, shopping and restaurants, Bart, and easy access to the freeway. The outside view is a meadow, hiking trail, and rolling hills. The studio has a full kitchen so if you decide to cook, we have all the tools you’d need for you to prepare a meal. We’d love to host you for stays of two days up to 28 days at a time.

Eden Cottage is our 686 square foot space in west San Jose. It is a custom built (in 2018) 1 Bedroom cottage with a private entrance, super fast WiFi, 50 inch flat screen TV, skylights, full kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower plus a full sized washer and dryer pair. The cottage is entirely separate from our home and has a small yard and patio under a large oak tree that provides shade to the entire area.
