Our place is perfect for relaxation while enjoying breathtaking desert views. Our home can accommodate a family of seven or friends who don't mind being close. We have a fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for those on a budget or prefer home cooked meals. The home is located in Mountain Time. From Mar. to Oct. we observe Daylight Savings (one hour ahead (later) than Arizona (which does not observe Daylight Savings)). Time at this Utah home is the same as Colorado and New Mexico year round.

Enjoy sitting around the fire, playing cornhole or watching the sunset all while the elk graze in the background. Walkout basement equipped with 6 beds & suited to fit up to 14 people. Includes a full weight room, movie projector, tanning bed, ping pong & pool tables, grassed yard, playset, outdoor patio, trampoline, fire pit, mini kitchen, private entrance, parking and is handicap accessible (on grass)

Private Western chalet amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. Patios surround living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a 3/4 bathroom. Tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highway 12 and 24 . Disc golf course on the property. Read the messages I send or you might get lost trying to find the cabin. Do not go in the rental before 3PM without permission. No pets allowed. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. WE CANNOT PROMISE INTERNET STABILITY. No Zoom.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

This single bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a queen bed in the bedroom, a hide-a-bed in the living room, a bathroom with spacious shower. Towels and bedding included. Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV. Washer and dryer. Internet. This apartment was originally built for my wheelchair-bound sister so it is totally handicapped accessible.
