The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

A secluded studio apartment on 3.5 acres with beautiful hill country views among majestic oaks, a beautiful flower garden, outdoor dining, and wildlife abound while only 2 miles from the great Wimberley Square or Market Days. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere in the Texas Hill Country, but only a very short drive close to everything Wimberley.

The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
