Lakeside Cottage is a newer (2021) architect-designed 2800 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath pet-friendly home located 15 minutes from Cedar Point on the south shore of Lake Erie less than 5 minutes off of State Route 2 and only 10 minutes from the Cedar Point Sports Center. The house has use privileges at Rye Beach Park and its beach, a 1-minute walk to the west, and Willow Glen Beach, a 5-minute wall to the east along with free access to the nearby Huron Health Club fitness center.

New in 2022- back deck, refinished upstairs floors, new flooring in kitchen and bath, on demand hot water heater, washer and dryer.

Camp Perry, historic sites, marshlands, African Safari, Liberty Aviation Museum, wineries, breweries, Marblehead Lighthouse, and Cedar Point/ Kalahari indoor waterpark are all close by.
