Home From Home The lounge has a large corner sofa, colour smart TV, DVD player, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer box. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.

All the facilities for self catering are available in the caravan but the site offers many food outlets to meet your family needs (incl. a shop). We also have DVDs, books and games to keep everyone occupied.

Fully equipped for you to enjoy your self catering holiday or why not make use of the many eateries and take aways on site and further afield.

Welcoming you to our family owned caravan based on Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. This price includes a parking space and bedding. We also have a bed guard within the caravan. Please note a travel cot does not fit in the main bedroom. We do not have Wi-Fi in the caravan. Haven passes are available directly from Haven themselves. Please note that for our insurances, we cannot accepting a booking where the whole party is under the age of 21.

Welcome to our recently converted self-contained ground floor annexe with a double bedroom, bathroom, shower, kitchenette and relaxing living space. We offer off-street parking and invite you to sit in our front garden. We are located a short drive to the beach and town centre with local shops in walking distance. Begin your break with a complimentary cream tea whilst deciding what to do in our lovely part of Devon.

Stay in our newly refurbished studio with its own private bathroom and private entrance you won’t be disturbed. There’s WiFi, a mini fridge and a kettle for a cuppa . We are ideally located in a quiet residential area just 1 mile from the beach and the South West coastal Path. The town is 1.5 miles and it’s a walk to Exmouth Pavillon, Exmouth Wedding Venue and The Devoncourt Hotel if you have a function.
