Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. Turn right to walk "into eternity on Sandymount Strand" in the footsteps of James Joyce; turn left for the best bakery in the city, plus restaurants and terrace cafes. Otherwise, hang out in the just beautifully restored period house with everything you need for a great stay. A short walk to Lansdowne Road stadium for gigs and sports, the RDS for the Horse Show, or on into central Dublin for all the attractions.
