In der Küche sind Kochgeschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Filterkaffeekanne, Teekanne, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Bücherschrank mit vielen Spielen, auch für Kinder. La Casita

Das Haus liegt 15 km südwestlich der Stadt Graz. Es sind 5 km zur A2 und 10 Minuten zur A 9 (wo man in Richtung Slowenien/Kroatien oder Richtung Salzburg fahren kann). Das geräumige Haus (130 m2) zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Hanglage mit einer rund 80 m2 großen Terrasse, sowie einer sehr schönen Aussicht aus. Das Haus liegt gut für Durchreisende. Aber auch für Urlaubende ist es überaus interessant. Man erreicht sehr viele Orte der Süd- und Weststeiermark in relativ kurzer Zeit .

Wir heißen euch Willkommen in unserer 50 m² Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Blick auf den Schloßberg im Bezirk Lend. Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

Ruhiges Landhaus am Weinberg mit Garten & Ausblick

Aviso für das Oster Wochenende: Samstag 4.4. Osterfeuer am Nachbar Grundstück. Es könnte zu Störung durch Rauch kommen, falls sie sich an diesem Wochenende bei uns aufhalten sind alle herzlich eingeladen Wohlfühlen, am Waldrand mit Fernblick und Wanderwegen Fellnasen willkommen, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, Parkplatz für zwei Autos vor dem Haus Haustierfreundlich, ist auch zu erkennen an einigen Stellen am Haus :) Sonniger, großer Garten. An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A special place for your nature adventure: our Mongolian yurt stands freely amidst meadows and forest. Here you experience the elements directly – sun, rain, wind, and sometimes storms. The facilities are intentionally simple, but include a sauna, an optional hot tub, and a fire pit. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, artists, and anyone seeking inspiration and authenticity.
