Mein Ferienhaus steht im Luftkurort Bärnkopf, einem kleinen Ort mitten im Weinsberger Wald auf knapp 1000 Meter Seehöhe. Hier scheint sehr oft die Sonne während im Tal der Nebel hängt und die Nächte sind sternenklar. Es gibt eine gute Infrastruktur - Geschäft, Einkehrgasthaus, viele Wanderwege, ein Badeteich und im Winter ein weitläufiges Langlaufloipennetz. In näherer Umgebung findet man auch die Burg Rappottenstein, den Bärenwald Arbesbach, die Ysperklamm und natürlich viel unberührte Natur.

Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and wilderness with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night.
