The home also has a reading nook in the living room. *Please note that the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. * Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
