Cowells and Main Beaches, Steamers Lane, Boardwalk, wharf, and West Cliff Drive (path along the ocean) are all a quick 5 min walk from our house. The apartment is located in a private garden setting, away from the main street, behind our home. There is a separate dedicated garden space for you to use. Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet.

This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. The studio is also a quiet area for remote work. We are pleased to host you and help make your experience great. You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).
