Gracias a la ubicación céntrica de este alojamiento, tú y los tuyos lo tendréis todo a mano. Se encuentra en una de las calles principales de la ciudad y a 2 minutos de la plaza el principe, 3 de la calle el castillo y 5 del parque García sanabria. Tiene 80 metros cuadrados con techos altos y grandes ventanales lo que le confiere un confort y una luz única. El piso posee unas vistas a uno de los edificios más fotografiados y emblemáticos de la ciudad, la antigua fábrica de tabaco "la lucha".

El apartamento cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón a doble altura, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Las vistas son inigualables gracias a que se encuentra en una segunda planta y no tiene ningún edificio enfrente. Además, a tan solo 10 minutos en coche se encuentra Rojas, un popular enclave de baño natural con un bonito paseo junto al mar.
