2000 square feet and located on nearly an half acre of manicured wooded space. The yard backs up a stream and has 3 distinct levels: deck, pool, and green spacious yard. The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.

My home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood on a golf course centrally located near several venues, restaurants, casinos and entrainment. You can enjoy the view of the pond on the golf course out the big picture window of living room or the back deck and hopefully if your lucky enough you’ll see the geese landing on the pond. The home has been well loved and taken care of.
