The Lodge at June Farms

The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. If this cabin is booked, take a look at the 3BR Farmhouse, you'll LOVE IT. It has a hot tub in the winter and pool in the summer!

Located just a short 10-minute stroll from Downtown, the Saratoga Spa State Park, and the Saratoga Race Course, this charming home offers a fantastic patio that is ideal for getting ready for a concert at SPAC or unwinding after a thrilling day at the track! Welcome! Our 4 bedroom 2 bath "cape colonial" style home is approx. 2300 s.f. of living space nestled in a private setting. It is also so close to town you can have the best of both worlds. It's surrounded on three sides by 35 acres of a forever wild nature preserve which is part of the New York State’s “5 Rivers”. You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.
