Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Sehr ruhige, gemütliche und stilvolle Ferienwohnung am Bach. Altbau mit Holz- und Steinböden. Neues Bad und neue Küche. Eine Mischung aus Alt und Neu mit viel Kunst und Kultur garniert. Im Sommer kann man auf der teilweise überdachten Terrasse oder im Garten im Liegestuhl entspannen. Der Garten ist zu mehr als der Hälfte naturnah gestaltet, mit Orchideen, anderen Wildblumen und Gräsern. In der kalten Jahreszeit werden Sie mit prasselndem Feuer im Kaminofen begrüsst und mit Kaminholz versorgt

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Herzlich Wilkommen im schönen Oberbayern! Unser neugebautes, modern eingerichtetes Vollholzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir würden uns freuen Sie als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage mit einem tollen Balkon. An der Straße vor dem Haus, kann kostenlos geparkt werden. Da wir in letzter Zeit viel Ärger mit Gästen und ihren Vierbeinern hatten, nehmen wir leider keine Gäste mit Hunden an. Vielen Dank für ihr Verständnis.
