The Overlook – Port View (Unit B) is a private residence in a quiet three-unit building, with an easy walk to the harbor, ferry, cafés and shops. Thoughtfully designed and furnished, the space features a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an open living area with views of San Francisco and Angel Island. Bay windows bring in natural light, creating a serene, well-composed space ideal for any length of stay.

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
