Despite a few improvements over the years, the cabin maintains its character reminiscent of its heritage. Relax on the large, covered deck and watch boats come and go all day or, lose yourself in a book in the over-sized chair in the reading nook. Walk up the driveway into a storybook treehouse setting at our tiny cozy rustic cabin by the sea. Relax on one of the decks, enjoy the view, the resident wildlife, and the peaceful ambiance of the property. Launch your kayak right from the property. Our place is close to parks, restaurants and dining whether you paddle or drive. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and is pet friendly. There is a ladder to the loft and not good for people with mobility issues.

The Owners live elsewhere on the property during your stay & are available! Each Lodging has a romantic Tub for Two at the foot of a Queen Bed.

Lakeview Casita

This snug, hand-built cottage features large windows and a deck looking toward Hague Lake and the rocky scapes of Turtle Island. It’s tucked away in a small grove of towering Cedar and Fir trees, but in the heart of uptown Mansons Landing with stores and a bakery cafe just steps away. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

Purple Door Cabin

Our cozy guest cabin is nestled in the forest a five minute walk to the beach & near mountain biking trails. Dine Al fresco on the large patio! Access to the outdoor jacuzzi. Terrycloth robes supplied. Well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, convection oven, hotplate, microwave, grinder, coffee maker & outdoor propane BBQ. Indoor shower. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

The Little Blue Cottage on Bargain Bay

Situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbours, the cottage is only steps to a local swimming beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to amenities in Madeira Park and only a 20 minute drive to 6 different lakes, numerous hiking trails, parks, beaches and fishing. Great for kids and well behaved dogs. Best suited for couples and small family's. *Dog's are welcome, subject to approval and pet fee. Please tell me a little bit about your dog when requesting to book.

Our " floathouse" has everything a guest could want, privacy and a beautiful waterfront location on the Whaletown Lagoon. There is a shared family dock for launching your kayaks, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the changing of the tides. Its vintage ambience combines much of its original historical nature and water travels with modern updates. A former bunk house for hand logging camps and part of our floating household, its traveling days are now over.

Cosy rustic treehouse style cabin in the forest. Full kitchen, steeper staircase to 2nd floor. Outside deck area for great tree top views. Climb a ladder to a unique sleeping platform. Separate outhouse with hot shower. Rural location near easy walking trails, bird watching , biking and swimming. Excellent location for writers, artists and nature lovers. Non smoking only! Not suitable for children under 12, or anyone with limited mobility.
