Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Privately owned Studio Villa set in a holiday resort which is on the beach and encompasses 3 swimming pools,2 tennis courts, playground and outdoor undercover BBQ areas .
