My tiny house is clean, cute&cozy. Fenced in yard lot of sun. Parking on premises. Full bed, Refrid, Microwave, Keurig . Heat & air conditioning, outsideshower is seasonal. no shower, to cold.Great if you want to visit your family but not stay with them🤣 3 blocks from lake, less than mile from a 100 stores. If you want to go to the beach, towels + extras to use. Radio,cd player, TV Patch Village is 2miles away. EZ access to hwys. Quiet area great place to relax.wifi,Roku,Bluetooth speaker

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.

Quaint Beach Cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your toes in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space! The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

A little getaway!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a short distance from the center of town and the Fire Island ferries. Close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Also, the LIRR is less than 1 mile away. NO PARTIES!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!! Please leave all towels on the floor of the bathroom and take out the garbage. The garbage pails are on the side of the house.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Cozy apartment for single or couple in the heart of Long Island. This new listing is located on the first floor of a 2 story house with its own entrance. As you walking you are greeted with a nice living room with a pull sofa, a dining table a well equipped kitchen and a nice size bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size with comfortable bed set for a wonderful night.
