There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

Our recently updated beach house is in the heart of Narragansett, RI. It's an open 2 bedroom home with living space on 2 floors and air conditioning throughout both floors. You have this whole house to yourself, including the outdoor space with a grill, dining area and outdoor shower! This property is just a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach but also close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and the Block Island Ferry. This house has everything you need for the perfect beach stay!

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.
