Bei herrlichem Weitblick könnt ihr über das Pegnitztal schauen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Lasst es euch im Whirlpool mit Wasserfall gut gehen, genießt die Wärme der Zirben-Infrarotstühle oder fühlt euch einfach wohl auf der überdachten Terrasse und lauscht dem Plätschern der Quelle.

Zur Einliegerwohnung gehört ein Stellplatz, der sich direkt vor dem separaten Eingang befindet. Zur Wohnung gehören: - Flur mit separatem WC und Dusche, - Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten, - offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Flachbild-TV, ... - Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank u. Doppelbett - Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, - eigene Terasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Terassenmöbeln. Donkey hikes, nature and gardening, creative workshops and coaching can be booked on site. In the heart of the Fichtel Mountains, a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

2020 fertiggestellt und damit ist ein Traum von mir wahrgeworden. Der Trend mit weniger ist mehr habe ich persönlich erfahren - zunächst müssen und es als Chance gesehen. Es ist alles da, was du zum wohnen brauchst und ein liebevoller Garten. Das Wohlfühlen meiner Gäste steht für mich an erster Stelle. Meine Tester, ein Student und Reisefreundin waren alle rundum zufrieden. Wie auch bei "Auszeit für jedermann" da sein für ein Gespräch oder ein Wunsch, der offen geblieben ist :-) Melanie

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Boxspring- Doppelbett, ein 1,40 m breites Bett und auf Anfrage kann ein Kinderbett zugestellt werden. In der Wohnküche befindet sich ein Schlafsofa. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, separate Toilette. Es ist eine Terrasse zur exklusiven Nutzung vorhanden.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
