Facilități, inclusiv băi, dușuri, bucătărie și uscător în clădirea principală (la 1 minut de mers pe jos de corturile cu clopote). Situat la baza pădurii Glentress, acces excelent la trasee de ciclism montan și trasee de mers pe jos. Cafenea și magazin MTB alături. 5 minute de mers cu mașina până la Peebles, cu multe magazine și restaurante locale.
