A cozy, newly refurbished home on our family farm located in Northern Southland - 10 minutes out of Lumsden and just 30 minutes from Gore; the trout fishing capital of NZ. Queenstown, Te Anau and the stunning Catlin's coast are all within 2 hours drive.

Whare manu, boutique cottage.

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Located on the outskirts of Lake Manapouri this self contained cottage (kitchen and laundry included) has magnificent views into Fiordland National Park from both within the cottage and the outdoor BBQ and hot tub area. Fully self contained home complete with own garden area on our 12 acre alpaca farm. Keep warm and cosy every season with our alpaca duvet on the bed and black out curtains to ensure a really good nights cosy sleep. Meet and join us feeding our alpacas during your stay.

Tucked away at the edge of an idyllic pond, The Nest is purpose built, premium accommodation which offers tranquility, relaxation, and ample bird watching. Private beach access is just 500m walk away. This Tiny House boasts sunny outlooks over our dairy farm, with ample outdoor space and an outdoor bath and BBQ to enjoy. The historic Templeton Flaxmill Museum is also on the property. Riverton township is just 5 minutes drive and offers great local dining options, art and surf spots.

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway.
