From its setting in sought-after Arcadia, it’s a few minutes to Scottsdale’s trails, golf, and shopping. Walls shield the villa’s backyard from view, making it feel like a private resort, without getting in the way of the mountain views. Spend sunny days in a lounger by the heated pool and hot tub and competing on the bocce and putting areas. Come nightfall, heat up the barbecue for an alfresco dinner and watch the stars come out from around the 4 firepits. At the heart of the property’s 7,500 square feet is an open-concept great room that encompasses 2 living areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wide breakfast bar.
