A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use. Pets welcome but tell us first please

The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops.
