A newly converted, self-contained cottage with exposed beams and underfloor heating. Super comfy kingsize double bed with mattress topper, White Co linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchenette including Smeg kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Roberts Radio, Smart TV, Wifi. Outside space and parking. Great pub in the village.

Share meals in the kitchen, or in the dining room with French windows opening onto a secluded patio area, or outside on the lawn.

The annex is private and comfy, in a quiet country setting, located on the border of Dorset & Somerset, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The famous Jurassic Coast is a 20 minute drive and the closest pub a mere 2 minute drive away.(20 min walk) There is an open plan living room with double doors that open onto a deck over looking a private garden below. There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Combines tranquillity of countryside with the convenience of a local historic town within walking distance also direct trains between stations from London to Exeter. The Space: Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with sitting room, kitchen and bathroom on the top floor of a family home. Views of fields, front and back. WiFi, TV's in bed and sitting rooms, king bed with additional single/double pullout bed in bedroom.

The cottage sits within a ninety acre farm, Higher Easthams Farm.The market town of Crewkerne is a pretty, ham stone town that sits in beautiful countryside perfect for all manner of outdoor pursuits. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

Crown Studio

Crown Studio is a beautiful handcrafted wooden building with high offset apex ceiling, large North facing roof windows and spacious living accommodation . Formerly designed as a sculptors Studio it offers comfort and privacy, whilst retaining it's original artisan charm. It stands in it's own fully fenced private garden with countryside views. Additional Southerly facing windows and fully glazed double doors open onto an ample elevated deck facing the early morning sun. Dog Friendly

Rabbit Cottage is a lovely restored cosy cottage close to the town centre, which sleeps 3. It also has outdoor space and TVs in both bedrooms. It is the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding area such as the Jurassic Coast and more. Whether your stay is for work or pleasure then Rabbit Cottage has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The historic stone built country market town of Crewkerne has some fabulous eateries, shops, bars, swimming pool and more.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
