The apartment has a private entrance which leads to a large deck. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Quiet private entrance stay in a cute Outer Richmond house just two blocks from Ocean Beach! Come stay in what was recently one of the top 40 neighborhoods in the world by Time Out Magazine! Hear the waves from bed, get some work done in the office, cook dinner and watch TV in the kitchen/living room. Nestled in the back of the house behind our garage, this place is free of any street noise or views in from other houses. Street parking is easy on our block, no dedicated parking!

Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
