Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Houston's polo country on 27 acres along the Brazos River. This cottage was the former bunkhouse for an equestrian training property. It was remodeled in 2023, but some of its original character remains. It is located at the end of a quiet country road but is only 35 miles from the Houston Galleria area. Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". The Roost

The cabin itself is a cozy retreat, designed to be eye-catching and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home. We have an additional cabin next to this one for rent also! The cabins are on a hunting preserve and bird farm.

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

This memorable place will make forever memories ! Swim in a 90,000 gallon 12’ foot deep pool with grotto/ slide, monster spa, swim up bar, two outdoor kitchens. “30 acres” for this homestead.
