It features 2 entrances, one located off Center Street in the front of the building and an entrance leading to an enclosed porch area located at the back of the building.

Enjoy easy access to everything fishing and waterfowl by staying right on Fish Point. There are 2 docks that can accommodate up to 4 boats. Easy access to the Saginaw Bay for ice fishing. Also located 2 minutes from the MDNR Fish Point Managed Waterfowl Area. The North end of the "Slot" is located right out front for quick and easy walleye fishing. The town of Sebewaing is located just 10 minutes away which offers a really nice boat ramp. with 2 other smaller boat launches closer by.

My cozy little cabin is my late husband’s duck hunting cabin, located near Fish Point, surrounded by farm fields. Within a few miles of beautiful Saginaw Bay & multiple marinas. We have plenty of parking for boats. Three couples or 4 adults can stay comfortably. We are centrally located to Frankenmuth, Birch Run, Bay City & the thumb. Fully stocked & also includes an outdoor kennel & fire pit for a nice campfire and smores! Due to plumbing and septic there is No fish cleaning inside.

The cabin is only a few miles away from town if you happen to forget something. We have provided a fire pit and some wood, there are bundles available for purchase if you need more, propane grill and a swing on the porch to enjoy the outdoors. There is a launch and dock if you so choose to bring your boat to fish, hunt or just relax.

A 5-10 minute walk to some of the town’s highlights—including a beach just across the street, ice cream at the corner, and a brewery and other local restaurants just up the way. Located just off the Main Street of Caseville. Enjoy the town or other local attractions like kayaking Turnip Rock, dining in Port Austin, hiking Port Crescent State Park, or taking in the Dark Sky Park at night.

Relax at this rural homestead house full of vintage charm. Near by public access for hunting and fishing, we’re about a mile from the Saginaw Bay. Quanicassee public access is only 3 miles away. Fish Point Wildlife Area is about 8 miles. We are just 14 miles from beautiful downtown Bay City, with restaurants and shops and 19 miles to Frankenmuth, a family friendly destination.

Enjoy boat access, swimming, a peaceful yard and relaxing patio. Inside are cool and calming colors. There is a variety of comfortable furniture to relax on. Smart TVs in two rooms with a window wall separating them. Games, books, coloring supplies available. Laundry supplies, coffee/creamers and bottled water provided. It’s cute and cozy for couples, families or friends.
