Large comfortable room with twin beds or super king within a Victorian house along a small corridor giving a degree of privacy. Room is deep-cleaned prior to guests, well equipped & includes breakfast placed in the room kitchenette. Avenue Road is a quiet residential area, close to the station with regular services to central London. (35 minutes to central London & 2 stops from the Elizabeth Line) We are a retired couple with a cat. No smoking in the house or by open windows/doors.
