Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. Da ich jedoch selbst viel unterwegs bin, habe ich beschlossen die Tradition des Hauses fortzusetzen und gelegentlich Gäste zu empfangen. Vielleicht schon bald dich?

It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
