Zum Hauptbahnhof Hannover benötigt man von Bennigsen aus 22 Min. (1,4km entfernt). Von Lüdersen fährt man 5 Min. mit dem Bus nach Bennigsen und dann 22 Min. bis nach Hannover. Von dort aus sind es noch 20 Min. mit der Bahn zum Messegelände.
