Sofiahuset med fjordutsikt - 30 min fra Bergen

Sofiahuset har tilhørt familien vår siden 1908. Huset har blitt pusset opp i nyere tid, men vi har tatt vare på det gamle særpreget og historien etter bestemor Sofia. Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Welcome to my tiny, but oh, so cosy apartment with lots of soul:) The best thing about it is the location, you're minutes by foot from everything, and yet so far w away from all the buzz. 50m away from the car street, you'll find the house on top of the alley with a beautiful view over the many small roof tops and the city. It is an oasis for relaxation.

Leiligheten ved sjøen i Damsgårdssundet, har kort vei til sentrum over Lillepudden (gang- og sykkelbro) og Nygårdsparken. Det er også gode forbindelser med buss og bane. Ca. 10 min. gange til bybanen mot Flesland. Leiligheten ligger under fjellet Løvstakken, et av Bergens 7 fjell. Løvstien (turvei) er ca 6 km lang og går langs foten av fjellet. Tvers over gaten ligger EVO treningssenter. Det er 2 minutt å gå til matvarebutikk (Kiwi m.m). Det er også spiseplasser og flere take-away i gaten.

From the house is a magnificent view of two of the most beautiful mountains surrounding the city of Bergen. The view extends over two lakes. The lakes have paths, cozy beaches, docks and grill areas. Take out our canoe or try your luck fishing! Designed by a famous local architect with a focus on bringing the wild Norwegian nature back into our modern lives.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Flat with a lovely view of Ulriken.

A self contained flat in our house near Danmarksplass, 20 minutes walk from the town centre. Built in the 1930's, the flat is a bit 70's. We are in the process of doing it up. The beds are new. The double bed in bedroom one is 160cm, the bed in bedroom 2 is 120 cm (ok for 2 if you are good friends), the other 80 cm (in the sittingroom). The cooker is new. The bathroom has heated flooring. There is a big desk in the sitting room and a small balcony overlooking Bergen valley.

Fra dette sentrale overnattingsstedet har hele gruppen enkel tilgang til hva det måtte være - fjell, matvarebutikk, kafeer, nisjebutikker, gatemarkeder og du er bare et par minutters gange unna Bergen sentrum. Leiligheten ligger i en rolig gågate med utsikt over hele vågen og sentrum. Velux-altan i 2 etg gjør at du kan nyte kaffen i solen med utsikt over bryggen, du har også tilgang til en liten privat terrasse på taket. 2 sovesofaer, gir mulighet for flere gjester, mot betaling.

Bo høyt og fritt med panoramautsikt over Bergen sentrum, og nyt solen fra morgen til kveld. Leiligheten ligger i et populært og rolig nabolag – sentralt, men samtidig fredelig og tilbaketrukket. Her kan du bokstavelig talt starte søndagsturen i det du trår over dørstokken. Turperler som Fjellveien og Fløien ligger bare et steinkast unna.
