The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
