Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. Serifos View

Serifos View is located in one of the most spectacular places of Serifos Island, Livadakia Bay. Guests can walk to the nearby sandy beach or they can enjoy the superb views of Livadi & Livadakia Bay from the property's terraces in a quite and peaceful environment. Traditional Cycladic Architecture combined with a fully equipped modern accommodation offers our guests the perfect setting in order to enjoy and explore the island's nature and sandy beaches as well as its many other amenities.

Anemos House

Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Στο κυκλαδίτικο Στούντιο μου , που είναι 30τ.μ. και βρίσκεται στην καρδία της Χώρας της Σερίφου θα βρείτε ησυχία και ηρεμία.Περπατώντας μόνο 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια μέσα από τα παραδοσιακά πλατυσκαλα της Χώρας, και κοντά στο Κάστρο όπου θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ και σταθμό για λεωφορείο ή ταξί. Το στούντιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή σας.Για την πρόσβαση σας στο σπίτι θα χρειαστεί να ανεβεται 25 σκαλιά περιπου.!
