Hollyhock Cottage

Hollyhock Cottage offers welcoming accommodation within the beautiful Kent countryside. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the cottage can sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot is available on request. ​The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with woodburner. At the back of the cottage is a spacious conservatory, ideal for dining. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower room and w.c. on the first floor. Outside is off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ.

The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

Set in a rural village in Kent this is an ideal peaceful setting for a break away, with lots of attractions and places to visit nearby. Inc Port Lympne Safari Park, Lydd Aquapark and several beaches. Only 15mins drive from the Eurotunnel & 20mins from Dover Port it is an ideal stopover for European travellers. Orchard Lodge has a large private garden and patio area to enjoy the wildlife and night stars. Guests also have access to our paddock where they can meet our Pygmy goats & chickens.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. This victorian property is semi detached, 2 bedrooms, patio, garden, parking, WiFi, and recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Within walking distance from Ashford International Station and The Designer Shopping Outlet. Convenience stores, bus / train routes and lovely walks are all close by. It's a nice neighbourhood and the house has everything you need for a stay in Ashford. I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay :)

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
