Cottage in private game reserve, Little Karoo

Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

De Nagmaalhuijs, Prince Albert

This beautiful home was built in 1880 as a "Nagmaalhuijs" translated house of communion and located directly behind the NG Church. It has been lovingly restored without compromising the traditional Karoo vernacular. The inviting front stoep has benches to enjoy and there is a large impressive great room with traditional high Oregon pine ceilings and floors and a unique kitchenette. The bedroom is beautifully appointed and a separate bathroom offers a Victorian bath, shower and basin.

The Studio @ The Place

Set in a secluded Klein Karoo valley at the end of a private road, the Studio is a peaceful retreat surrounded by wild landscapes, mountains and spectacular sunsets. It sleeps up to 4 and offers wrap-around views, a private plunge pool, outdoor bath and twin showers, braai and shaded outdoor living. Fully equipped for self-catering.
